Summary : The Lumbar Stiffness Disability Index (LSDI) tracks functional effects of lumbar stiffness. Surgical adult deformity patients had higher LSDI scores than non-operative patients, and revision fusion patients had higher LSDI scores than primary fusion patients. LSDI scores correlated with other outcomes measures, as well as measures of sagittal imbalance.
